Hi Shania,

The value depends on the condition of the car. If the condition is very good, the maximum price should not exceed 80K. Instead of buying a 12 yrs old vehicle, i recommend you to go for 3-4 yrs old.

Yesterday, my friend bought a Wagon-R which is 2006 model for just 1.70 K. I saw the condition of that car and it is really good. He is already getting a buyer, who is ready to pay 2 lacs. Imagine a profit of 30k in just 1 day.

If you are residing in north-india you can pay up to 70K, if you are in south it should be around 1,10 K and it depends on
the condition of the and as you said it is a automatic car and is of 1998 model, resale value will be very lesser.
