Tata has greatly improved engine and chassis performance. The TDi will surely give you troublefree service. Make sure the car is run for less than 50000 kms.

tata indiga is a fine car good for citi driving and long drives but not for village roads/ ghat section. make sure it has run less than 50000kms. get a opinion on engine
