Xenon Head Lamps can not be fitted on a car which is not designed for it. Legally its not only Xenon lamp, Its Automatic leveller of head lamp + Head Lamp Washing Systems are mandatory to use. Altogether these cost a lot to any CAR Maker. Xenon Lamps or only the Lightsource can be bought from Grey market but if fitted to replace incandescent one it will have rather poor light output then earlier. If one wants to see white light effect i would suggest to use Blue Vision Incandescent bulbs rather then using Xenon Technology. If one wants to increase light output they should increase wattage of same type of lamp(bulb) with a risk that it is illegal to use, secondly there is risk that Headlamp may fail thermally and you may see some melting in some areas.
