Hi,
Turbo engine has turbo mechanism which induces swirl in the cumbustion chanber.Dicor engine has common rail dieselinjection which is bit advanced than Turbo version and hence makes a better selection.

Turbo is an instrument used in cars to use the exhaust of an engine to increase its air intake and hence increase its power.

CRDE is common rail diesel injection.

Engine is totally independent of Turbo..its an additional equipment used by manufacturers to increase the power and hence the other parameters like Torque.

In my opinion A CRDE engine is better as it delivers better power than a normal engine. However all the SUVs now-a-days have CRDE + Turbo to enhance their performance so even the hulkier vehicle is a play to drive now.
