I have booked by a Rupees of 51000/- a G4 innova on 28 December at CHANDRA TOYOTA UDAIPUR. after that i m having some family financial problem so we decided not to buy a innova. so i have given a cancelation application to customer executive on 12th january. after that i have call to this executive 100 times.& also going to dealership 4-5 times but no body response me & not reply a proper answer. One day when I was going to dealership their manager said why to come to me & why u complain for a executive in front of me. Executive answer is my boss is not in town . when he will come I will make your payment & give it to you. His boss was coming 10 -12 days before in city but till today he said my boss is not in town. I want my money back within 24hours otherwise I will admit a petition into the consumer court on 2nd march. If his boss is not in town so what can i do? I am waiting for my payment for last 2 months. please take a action urgently.

    Mail all details of payment and reason for cancellation to toyotabharath addressing to the regional manager your problem will be solved.If he fails to respond properly then you cango for consumer court.
