Internal space is almost the same in swift and swift dzire models, except that because of the added area in the rear the rear seating is slightly more than that of swift. I find that Mr. Shiv has mentioned that the boot space is slightly better. I totally disagree with his statement as I would like to confirm that the boot space of dzire is 464 ltrs where as the boot space of swift is just half , ie 232 ltrs. The engine capacity is the same and the mileage of dzire is slightly lesser than that of swift. I for one had been driving swift and upgraded to dzire and I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Presently I am getting 14.5km/l on the highways and 10 to 12.5 on the city traffic for my dzire vxi model. I was getting 16.5 for swift vximodel previously

I am driving a Swift Dzire Zxi. I never owned a swift. As Vijay KUmar and Shiv Shankar mentioned, it is a damn good car to drive around even in a city like Mumbai and I get 13 kms per liter with aircon on always when I use Premium petrol. Driver and front passenger seat is extremely comfortable, but rear seats are comfortable but not when you compare Honda City. Perfect for a family with luggage space for short/long drives. Can't complain at all!!
