Ford Fusion + 1.4 Tdci is going to be faced out, is it worth to buy for 4.5Lacks from my brother's Ford employee Offer, is there any major drawback/problem to this model?

Hi,
There are no much problems for Fusion 1.4 TDCI.You haven't mentioned year of make for offer. However if bought at genuine price Fusion does give satisfactory performance and can be used for long term .Though there would be no problem in maintenane, resale value will come down with launch of Figo.
