i had seen long ago in over drive or autocar magazine the more air send to the carburetor it will give more mileage is it true ? pls tell me more, thank you

Hi,
More air and lesser proportion of petrol means lean mixture.It will increase the mileage but the power output and hecne acceleration and top speed would be bit lesser.

millage gives some more by carbrater lean tunning but pick up will dropp

milage will increase . pickup will not drop too much in yamaha rx byke.

Agree with Mr. Shiva shankar. Sometime more air cause starting trouble too. Perfect mixture of fuel and Air turned into exact performance which is design to perform. But u can convert performance into better mileage upto some limit.
