Is it possible to get finance for a used car 1994 or 1995 model? If yes what is the required criteria?

its not at all possible and if someone needs a finance on the cars on 1994 or 1995 models they shouldnt buy a car

Yes you can get a loan for even 92 and 91 also, but you cannot get a bank loan prefer private finance.
