Maruti esteem is of 1.2 liters and gives mileage of around 15KMPL in good condition.Santro is 1.1 liter engine and with used one you canexpect mileage of around 16KMPL in average condition.Accent petrol has 1.5 liter engine and with used one expected mileage is 12KMPL max.Ford Ikon 1.3L gives average mileage of 12KMPL.
In overal the main factor to be considered while buying the used car is the build quality, market value for the model,availability in budget range,lower maintenance and above all willingness for particular model.If all other parameters are satisfactory difference in mileage by few digits wont matter much.
