wanterd to buy and ship home a good older clean car

i am told that there are cars in India that are older in age but in very good condition, I guess because of the climate (no snow) that have many years life left on them
I noticed a couple of Hondas the other day that were in very good condition that are not expensive at all!! I have to confess, I do not know the exchange rate between Indian Rs and Canadian dollars ????
I guess that would help!!
