i want to make a complaint of an dealer from - 7776

i want to make a complaint of an dealer from hoshiarpur named hoshiarpur automobiles.Ten days back dealer called us to have your swift desire ldi delivery wich i booked on 28.08.2009,slip number 11425.Today when i went to have the delivery he refused the same.Please guide me what should i do to get my booked car for wich i have made a payment of rs 50,000.on the booking date wich was 28.08.2009.i will be greatfull for immidiate help from your end.

Hi,
You have not mentioned the reason for them in not delivering the car.It has to be considered if stock was not there and they needed more time to deliver or something else. If vehicle is not delivered the booking amount has to be refunded as applicable.Please write to the General Manager of the dealership and copy to the Manageing director.If their reply is not satisfactory then you can go for legals.
