i found a 150 cc pulsar 2004 march bike. it ran 30,000 km self starter. no mac wheels. price 24,000. my Q is, is that reasonable rate for that pulsar. suggestions please. i am from hyderabad

Dude,

The quoted price is way too high for a 2004 model.
You can get 2006 or 2007 model for that price..

It does not seem to be a DTS-i version of the Pulsar. For a non-DTS-i version, the price is a bit high. You should be able to get a 2004 model below 20K at Ramkote. If it is a DTS-i, then buy if it is in good condition.

I have a 2005 150 c.c (kick start) which also is non-Dtsi and done about 30,000 kms. I am getting offers of 22 k for it. So I would say 24k for 2004 is slightly expensive.

Bajaj is basically a scooter maker or at the best a utility bike maker so rely only on Yamaha /Honda/ Enfield or even Suzuki. Yamaha Gladiator 125cc easily beats Pulsar 150 cc in terms of pick-up. No doubt Pulsar has a macho look and if u just want to look at your bike then pls. buy it.
