Cars Q&A
I don't have the technical answer for the first three questions but iam sure that you will be fully satisfied if you buy a swift vxi (with abs or without abs)it is too good to drive.really amazing. absolutely worth for what you are spending.
New K series qualifies for Bharat IV emission norms which G series does not, also if you drive 5oKm per day then it is more advisible to go for Swift/Ritz Diesel engine rather than Petrol.
Hi,
G series engines are currently used does dot complaint with BS IV norms. Kseries engines are updated version engines and meeets emisio norms of Bharath IV.
HI,
the K series is an upgraded engine, newer technology, as mentioned meeting higher more stricter emission norms.
But if u r wanting to choose btwn an i20 and a swift vxi, well the i20 magna is far superior in looks, comfort, plastics quality, fit and finish quality, definitely better body lines and weight.
The swift may definitely be cheaper to run and maintain, so u have to decide, do u want a car that just does its job or u want a car that does its job and also adds to ur feel good factor. Swift does its job perfectly, but the i20 has the X-factor.
Finally its ur call.
Happy driving.
Yes there is a difference between k series and G series Engine K series Engine is 1198 CC however G series Engine is 1298CC .The mileage of K series engine is 17.9 km-pl on the other hand G series is only 15.9 km-pl Magna I 20 is good but only difficulty with that there is a shortage of spare parts you can avail maruti spare parts easily and everywhere
k series engine IS VERY REFINE and BS 6 FOR now all Maruti car engine with K series which have more efficient and refine engine. For K series engine required Octane 91 and above petrol to sulfur gas in atmosphere. For 50Km daily Swift amt or Dzier amt is best choice,
to reduce Sulfur gas in atmosphere.
