Hi,
It basically depends upon the condition of vehicle. If the seller is your friend/relative and willing to sell good conditioned Sierra at 30000 Rs then it would be worth buying. Recommended to take the vehicle for general checkup with any tata authorised service center then you will get rough estimate of what is the actual condition of vehicle and rough estimate of repair cost.

very good vehcle-can take a lot of stress-however depends on model/engine/body condition-if all these are ok and needs minimum repairs not exceeding Rs10,000/- it is a steal !!
