I had decided to buy Hyundai i 20 Asta petrol - 7703

I had decided to buy Hyundai i 20 Asta petrol . But after launch of Chevy Beat LT option model in a lower price I am confused. Please advice.

Hi,
Chevrolet is indeed offering tough competition with introduction of Beat.Both Hyundai i20 and Beat are excellent in style and performance but considering overall parameters including cost effectiveness, Beat has slight edge over i20.

very dissapointing to read, Mr Shiv's remarks, Beat has slight edge oer i20, Let me ask you, Have you taken TD of beat/ or jst comparing with the prictag/ if u compare the comfrt and space i20 offers, beat s nowhare near. please clarify Shiv......

I fully agree with Rithesh on this issue.Beat can be compared more with i10 than i20.

Hi,
I agree with the remarks that Hyundai i20 Asta petrol has better space,external dimensions,and power of 80 PS@5200 RPM.and also comes with tubeless tyres.
As far as Beat is concerned power is 80.5 PS@6000 RPM which is very competitive and dimensions 0.3 m shorter than i20.
The Ex showroom (Mumbai)price of Beat LT option is 4.56 lac and that of Asta 1.2 is 5.8 Lac.
Nodout Asta is better in terms of overall features and style but the price difference of more than 1 lac and competitive features of Beat makes it to consider.
