Hi,
Its always advisable to start the engine with petrol mode and later switch over to LPG mode and continue to use the same.Do not switch to petrol and LPG mode intermitently.

Hi Velu,

You have to use both. Every morning the first time you start the car start it with petrol and then let the car run for 5 kms and then switch of petrol and keep going until the car stops. Switch on the LPG and start the car in LPG mode and keep going.

If you feel that your car could stop in middle of traffic when you switch off petrol and dont want to mess in the traffic then you could follow the below procedure

Start the car in the morning with petrol and keep it in idling for 10 minutes and switch off petrol and let it consume the left over petrol in the line. Switch on the petrol mode and start the car in lpg and keep going.

Hope this helps.
