Answers:

Sure CNG kits are safe if fitted by a specialist. You may not see any great benefit financially if your running is so less. What type of car depends on how many people need to travel, how much space they need, and luggage you may carry etc. There is plenty of choice, so take your time deciding, test drive every car you are considering, and happy driving!

Hi,
Fitting of CNG is safe but it needs investment of around 40K for installation and also availability of the same has to be checked in your area.
For the kind of usage mentioend, petrol version cars will be a better choice as available in cheaper price and mantainence cost is also comparitively lesser.

A good well fitted CNG kit fitted is good on any car. However, a factory fitted CNG kitted Logan is available. In your case where running is 10 km per day, it is better to have a petrol fitted car, where initial investment is less and the running cost in terms of repairs etc in the long term would be less.there is also the issue of a loss of power in a car fitted with CNG, whereas the same is not there in the case of a car which is on petrol.

VERY WELL YOU CAN FIT CNG KIT IN PETROL AND ITS NOT THAT MUCH SUITABLE FOR DIESEL.. BUT YOU WONT GET MILEAGE AND PICK UP. REST IS FINE. INSTALLATION COST IS REALLY HIGH SO THINK WHEN FIT AND THE RESALE VALUE WILL BE LOW AS SO MANY CARS ARE RUNNING OUT AT REGULAR INTERVALS.
