Theere are a few changes on the 2010 model over the 2009 model. There is climate control to replace the a/c and some of the dash controls are now on the steering wheel. There is a slight change to the light cluster at the front of the vehicle.

i have heard that in late 2010 toyota avanza(auto car india) is going 2 launch ... wit rate not exceding 8.5lac...

well avanza is a scaled down version of innova, with a 1.5L engine, i have used it abroad.. nothing great about the vehicle and the size to power ratio is not as good as innova.
