Hi,
It will not be worth investing money and time in such alterations.Though it can be done, will not give satisfactory results.The process involves changeing of whole engine assembly along with gearbox,fuel supply systed etc.If done , it will turn out to be a study project work instead of practicle utility vehicle.Better thing will be to sale the existing car and buy a diesel version car.
