I've owned an Indica for a while now. I can tell you please do not buy it. Requires heavy maintenance, equipment fitted is not in-line with the weight of the vehicle. Or should i say that equipment fitted is according to the vehicle segment but its heavier than some much bigger cars therefore the problems keep coming up.

Furthermore I've experienced three different service centres - all company dealers. They do not have the finesse in servicing. Invariably after repairs and service when the car comes back I discover a new vibration sound here a new problem there, theyleave some fault or the other, some part lose etc etc. I've even complained to Tata motors about their pathetic standards - I get a consolation that treats the symptoms but doesnt cure the problem.
For eg. I 've complained that the leave greasy dirty old non functional parts on the carpet. As a reply i get a letter from them to get the car for a complimentary wash. When i go back to the centre they say washing doesnt include carpet cleaning for that i have to pay Rs650 for drycleaning!! And many more such issues
