After having ridden both bikes, and knowing riders of both quite well, I have to say the TVS Apache wins hands down. The Pulsar is quite uncomfortable and seems to lack size, especially if you are a bit tall. The Apache handles much better, feels great at high speeds, and has excellent manners. It is just designed from a user point of view. Even in terms of mileage, the Apache wins easily. The Pulsar drops badly when you ride at high speeds. A lot of people love the Pulsar for its looks, but fall for the Apache after riding it. Take a test ride, for atleast 5 km on each bike, and your body will tell you what you need to know.

its better to go with pulsar rather than apache, TVS bikes gives many problems after 1yr,mostly wiring and also engine . so better go with pulsar or unicon

Pulsar 2004 is the best. What ever came after that are mostly plastics... I bother more about longevity than design. I m using one for 6 years.

Pulsar is good for one year and its style attract peoples.Appache will vibrate after 60 km speed and its looks like a small bike.Go for Unicorn,it will give you smooth ride and long life.(we have both Pulsar-180 and 2005 Jan unicorn)

Dear Harish-I forgot to say one thing,if you want to ride 110 km speed you go for Hayabusa or Ninja or some other super bikes.But indian laws and roads not allow you to ride the bikes in these speeds.Respect the law and dont kill others.

Since I owned pulsar 200 earlier, I would advise you not go in for it coz as per my experience long-term durability is not its forte. I would suggest Unicorn or if you budget allows Karizma R which is still one of the best as far as durability is concerned.

pls dnt buy the 180 bcoz the bike is not good average is alo very bad. pickup is not so very good . the E series bike is very good and grip on the road is also best. but after e series bike is worst. no milage no grip after 80 the the is out of control.

I have Pulsar 150cc 2004, Pulsar 150cc 2006 and Unicorn 2009 Dec 09. Out of the three I cannot compare Unicorn with Pulsar for the simple reason that unicorn is way ahead of Pulsar in terms of handling, performance, quality, average etc......If you still want to fall for the looks then we cannot help you....look for the heart of the bike buddy.....

i think u have to be with pulsar, because of i have these both bikes and i m facing problem with thw tvs service, the machanics have no idea that what thw mistake is he bike having, pulsar have a big resale value in the comparison of apache.
