Hi,
Mileage can be improved slightly with usage of additives like 3M etc.Recommended to use Shell petrol as it has good combination of additives and best in quality. Also following regular fuel savings tips like switching off during long idling etc does help.

Adding 3% Pure Acetone will boost the mileage by 35%. Acetone reduces the surface tension of octane(constituent of petrol) and thus combustion becomes cleaner and more efficient with 0 harm to the engine. Tried this on my old activa too. It was giving about 35 kmpl. After adding about 15 ml of acetone in a full tank, it returned 50 kmpl.

the only way to increase good efficiency is regular service and most important is to maintain rpm of 1500 to 2000 while drivig. city is one of the most fuel efficient car in its class. i never prefer to add anything in the petrol but yes xtrapremium petrol is good as it has lesser no of anti oxidents
