First of all, to get the maximum out of your bike you need to get thorough performance modification, if you do things in parts it wont help you much, it has to be done together. And for a thorough performance enhancement you can utilize the Yamaha's Racing kit as all the commitments made by the Yamaha you will get the maximum out of your bike for sure.

So far engine oil is concerned, world over synthetic oil is preferred for performance but with the limited availability you can opt the semi synthetic oil as you have mentioned you are already using Yamahalube. As I have mentioned earlier you will feel the remarkable difference in performance only after using the proper modification/ modified racing kit.

For increasing top speed further you can go for Yamaha racing kit withsuitable mdification. It will be profitable if you are using the bike for racing purpose.In general riding the top speed of 100 or even upto 115 KMPH or sois more than enough as youwil be taking huge risk with speed of over 100 KMPH.Though it works out good in highway, in city driving you will be hardly crossing 80KMPH and Yamaha FZ Series is awesome in performance.Hence recommended to go for racing kit if its is essential. wWwith usage of using of ordinaly engine oil as recommended by Yamaha is good enough and for boosting performance and life of engine using of synthetic il is better.
