hi!!!!!!can i lodge complain against any company or its dealer if he is unnecessarily letting customer wait for d car even if d whole amt is paid to the dealer

The customer is entaitled to get genuine explanation for any sort of delay and the terms and conditions set by dealer during booking of car is also to be considered. Hence there is lot of legal procedings involved to get back the amount if willing to.Recommended to follow up with dealer diplomatically.
