I am inclined to believe the following:
(a) The brand will continue and the collaboration with Mahindra will continue and maybe they will add the Sandero(hatchback) on the same platform to the Logan, thus utilising capacity at Mahindras.
(b) The current offer is nothing special. If you look at varioous offers Mahindras have made on this car thru the year, the quantum will come to approximately the same, give or take a few thousands.They have only consolidated the fofer to make it look it big.
(c) Let me repeat again what I have been stressing on all queries regarding the Logan. The car is good, whether Diesel or Petrol. The only problem has been proper marketing, which may be on account of the fact that Mahindras have been operating in another segment (Utility Vehicles-Jeeps & Tractors) and are on a learning curve for cars. They will have to make a success of this and I am sure Renault will help in this regard.

I am using Logan 1.4GLX since NOV'2007 & I am very much satisfied with the performance of the vehicle. I am running it around 150 kms. Daily (around 56000 kms on the meter). I just turn it to CNG recently which is also working fine I don't know why company is not promoting the CNG version of the same.

The only problem which I seen in the car is the Pick-Up & secondly the service net work.
They are having only two service center in the capital of India delhi.
