I HAVE BOOKED A CAR WAGONR LXI MORE THAN 21/2 MONTHS BACK WITH YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER IN KERALA SITARAM MOTORS IN PALAKKAD.THEY HAVE NEITHER DELIVERED THE VEHILE NOR INFORM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.IS THIS A THE PUNCTUALITY OF THE MARUTI DEALER.PLEASE HELP

go and ask your money back. we have lot of maruti showrooms in kerala. if they try to convinve you do not accept that...

i too faced a similar situation in hyderabad.

you can lodge your complaint on Anytime maruti tel no 9910202020 after lodging complaint your complaint will be forwarded to concerned dept of Maruti.

you can also give poor feedback when you purchase car as dealer will ask you to fill feedback report on purchase

i faced a similar problem while purchasing RITZ DEALER ditched me on the last day but after lodging complaint i was able to get the car on the due date.
dealer diverted the car from other person booked car.
i hope maruti will hear as they claim no 1 in sales service

other option is you can switch to other dealer which promises you immediate delivery.only booking cancelation charges i.e Rs500/- will be lost
