Question
With regard to the "Manza": With about 200 kgs of additional weight as compared to its hatchback cousin, How effectively does it perform in city driving especially with respect to the "swift Desire" which has managed to remain about150 kilos lighter? Also, whats the avg kpl of these two cars? Thank u.

Dzire is better in terms of engine refinement and tuining and driving pleasure....mileage is also beter in dzire.....
But in interiors manza scores over dzire bocause of its spacious and a bit upmarket feel in interiors....

Hi Banerjee- I have a swift dzire - petrol model. Average details are -
(1) with AC - City - 13.5KMPL, Highway - 16.5KMPL
(2) Without AC - City - 14KMPL, Highway - 17.5KMPL

eventhough manza and dzire have same engine , the manza engine (same as fiat linea)is eqiped with VGT which produces 90 bhp over dzire's 75 bhp , so it has a better engine capacity over dzire and it can carry those extra 150 kilos easily

you said it. More than that VGT turbo delivers an un interruped power in over drive , so it could deliver a good mileage - as tata suggests- 20 kmpl. Its too early to say about the mileage and all...
