for 70km/day, its better to go for a diesel... sx4 diesel is not coming anytime soon.. it ll come only by mid 2011(May, june) as Fiat are not interested in giving the engines... sx4 petrol is a good car...
Petrol cars are easier to maintain,better power, easy to drive in city traffic, can start and use them even if v leave it without using for a long time...
Diesel cars are very economical to run, give better mileage, cheap fuel,better torque-> easy to overtake.. maintenance is a little costly.. diesel cars are costlier than petrol...
For ur budget u can go for the linea, manza, verna... verna has gr8 power... linea is more stylish and elegant...
