Hi shiv and experts, HELP ME!! Recently I bought one T-board INDICA DLE model vehicle by my friend's suggestion for Rs.2,65,000/- and I have spent Rs.15000/- for interiars and some engine oil and some expenses. When I bought the party told that it's JAN 2009 MODEL. I too believe and with my friend's hope I bought with closed eyes and Now I come to see in the R.C. book that The model is 11/08 in the car make column. But they registered in JAN 2009. 1.Please tell me what is the correct year for this car. 2. Is it worth buying for this price? 3. If I was cheated then IS THERE ANY CHANCE TO MAKE SOME CHEATING CASE ON THE PARTY OR ANY CHANCE TO DEMAND SOME COMPENSATION AMOUNT FROM THE PARTY?? Hi,
The chances of the seller returning money is very very less.If going for other used diesel car then Individual owner used Indica would be a better option.

Hi,
The warranty of the car starts from the date of delivery of the car, however manufactured date would be nov 2008 only. As its registered in Jan 2009 only, warranty will be applicable from Jan 2009 and hence wont affect warranty and good service of the vehicle.The buying price seems to be high by 15K or so.As the deal is already over, recommended not to worry much and instead make use of the car, maintain well and sell it at good price later on.

Then deal had already over.

Now I like to demand some amount like Rs.20000/ from the seller. Is it right to talk with the seller or wrong way after the deal had done??

And I am going to sell this vehicle for the same buying rate to some one and look for another desel car in the same price range. Which car is better in the price range in latest year model. Please tell me asap.
