I owns one year old i10. One day I got stuck and was not able to move the steering wheel of my car. Then the company representative guided me over telephone that the power steering is not working and advised me to disconnect the power steering connection and I can go with manual steering. The advise worked and I reached home with manual steering with no other problem. The next day I took my car to the workshop. Because the car was in warranty period, they repaired the car free of cost but informed me that they have replaced gear assembly which I could not understand how the power steering is connected with the gear assembly. Please advise me whether they have done the right job or there is something fishy. GS Puri purigs2005@yahoo.co.in
