If you want a Quality product plz stay away from Tata, but if you want predominantly large space lots of equipment and bang for your buck go in fo indigo, but be prepared for some nigglng problem like rattling dashboard, electricals prone to malfunction etc. but none that you cant live with. choice is yours as both have their own pros and cons. Advice to go in for ABS and AIR bag version if you go in for TATA. Active safety features a must

I do agree with Jalaj, TATA has quality problems especially with the car segment. Look at any Tata Car Vechicle after a few years car starts to rattle. I owned a Indica before had tons of problems like engine oil leaks, doors etc etc Decided not to buy any TATA Vechicles, I guess Tata Vechicles should be bought only by Taxi Operators.

though not an auto expert but I will recommen Manza !
Tata has spent tons of money in research before rolling out this model. will be far better than dezire ( which has a Dabba fitted at the rear of swift !)
also, check Ford Fiesta diesel 1.4 duratorq - excllnt car!
