Yes! SPARK is made up of high Strength Steel which comprises 52% of its body weight. Other safety feature is Airbag available in option pack which includes ABS and Alloy wheels.
Spark may or may not have stronger sheet metal (read that as thicker gauge sheet metal) than the i10, but it definitely has a better design of body panels and will be stronger in case of mild to medium impacts. Also, there are side impact protection beams, which will offer good safety. I do not know if the same feature is available in the i10.
this is not possible to say, in my personal perception i10body is comparative stronger both in shape and dynamics. desizn is cute of spark.

The build quality of both i10 and Spark are good. Spark has advantage of better pricing for the similar eaures offered.
own a Spark and I purchased it because it is the cutest car on the road, spacious from inside, superb
cooling effect on level 1, good milage, does not viberate at 130 km/Hr speed on highways as others
like Indica/ Wagon R ....etc do and last but not least a strong car.
