i am a student of VIT UNIVERSITY,vellore doing B.tech. in mechanical engineering.. we, in a team want to do a project on solar car ,so could you plz tel mme that hw much would this project costs nd how can we get funding for this??? plz do reply...

Hi,
It will be a good project in going for solar car, The simple project of solar car would cost you around 25k to 30K max. It will be a better idea in preceding with building a single seater four wheeler with solar plates fitted in the back side.The process includes fetching frame and , scooter tyres,batteries eyc. please keep in touch regarding the same.You can chat at g.a.shivashankar@gmail.com .
