NON RECIEPT OF MY TATANANO BOOKING CANCELLATION I've booked Tata Nano and paid Rs.1,20,000/- on 18th April'09,Further I submitted my Booking Cancellation document alongwith orignal allotment letter to local Dealer at Patna M/S ASTHA MOTORS on 21st July'09 and assured by Tata Nano Customer Care that I'll get my refund within 30 days from the date of Cancellation Document submission but regreat to say still I could'nt get the refund and TATA NANO intention is not very fair only they are giving FALSE ASSURANCE. IS TATA MOTORS NOT SPOILING THERE REPUTATION BY MEAN OF THIS TYPE OF NEGLIGENCE. Any body can help me for recovery of my booking amount at earliest Pls.contact me 09608981066.

Hi,
Please give a deadline for refunding aand tell the dealer that if they dont refund in time, you would go to consumer court.The problems seems to be limited to dealer than TATA motors as a whole.Also please check the document given at time of booking, they would have mentioned about cancellation at each stage.

Reputation of the maker goes only so far as to choose their dealers. In this case, neither seems to be very good. Go right away to the consumer court. Don't even waste your time telling them that you will go. This is the right procedure to deal with this.

No doubt TATA's Administration system was completly Spoiled.The officials are not caring the Complaint/Grievance of the Customers.This is particularly seen in TATA MOTORS. It seems that officials are planning to let down the image of the TATAs.It lso seems that they are favouring the compititors in the competative world.Ratan Tata alone is not in a position do any thing.

For instance we have given feedback with a request to release the enquiry report on the fire Accidents of TATA NANO,but invain.

Here in this case you address TATA Motors Authorities along with the xerox copies of all relevent Papers by specifying 20 Days time for refunding your amount.You also mention that if the amount is not refunded you state that failing which you will approach Consumer Forum.

If they have not responded within the Specified time , you can approach the nearest Consumer Forum for redressel of your Grievence/Complaint.
