it is a very difficult to say bullet price by without seeng bike .. but if all papers in current as fc tax etc u mau pay 30k for exlent condition

First confirm if the engine is done, is it fitted with the original size bore and piston.And if possible check if the enginge begin is not excentred.
second, see if the timing cover, clutch cover are nickled. If so, dont buy that , if not itz ok.
check the chasis, if there are any weldings, dont buy.
And above all these if the overall appearnce is original, then u may buy anywhere between 20 to 25000/-.

depends on the re-conition , if it look great it turns of retaining the original spares you can pay upto 30 k
