dear brother,i own both the above mentioned car and well aware of the pros n cons of these vehicles....mahindra scorpio is the best affordable SUV india ever got,it provides almost every features in 11lac category which others r charging much more....it is tested in all possible terrain and i must say its amazing.it will give you millege of 9-10/lit in mumbai city driving with a/c on n on highway it delivers 13/lit.this car is all abt raw power so if you a power freak must go for it.drawbacks are very cheap quality plastic mahindra uses to cut the cost and make it affordable,interior finish and seating upholstery could have been better so as seating position in the rear.
Innova is from the stable of toyota so its gives feel of japanese technology.comfort level n finishing is much better,engine is much quieter than Scorpio.rear seating is much more comfortable with three row ac vents as compered to its other competitor.mileage is almost the same.but definitely not as powerful as scorpio.
So my advise is if you have more off roading uses then go for mahindra scorpio m hawk(new engine)and if u have more city usage with limited out station trips then go for innova.....

Fantastic Vehicle, very sturdy, for long distance driving, and for mumbai roads. Best part is very little maintenance except for oil change etc.
