Is it possible to get free accessories from d - 5888

Is it possible to get free accessories from dealer? I am planning to buy spark in delhi. Dealer is saying door mats kit is free, this is provided by company itself and nothing from dealer.

With new car you can get only the standard accessories other accessoriers have to be bought.
