I have a Maruthi GYPSY. I would like to put the "Gas-Kit" Is it advisable?. Any one doing in Kerala and it is possible and any thing against the LAW??. If any one knows please replay to me! Mohan

Gas kit is approved by R.T.O. You have to get passing for it from R.T.O. they make a entry in your R.C. book for the same. It is economical but I would suggest not to go for it, because it will reduce vehicle performance and not good for your engine also.

You can fit the LPG kit to Gypsy and would be economical in terms of fuel cost.However recommended toget it removed if youstart experiencing steep hike in maintenance coast as quite common in long run for cars fitted with LPG kit.

It very much possible to fix Road Transport Authority Approved kit to Maruthi Gypsy. And it works excellent . There are several people who does it with garentee and local RTO approval.
