these 2 bike finction is simmiliar but diffrents are more 1 ... splendor covers saree guard and crash bar price includ . but seprate charge in cd dawn .. spl, has centre loch facility .. spl have a front mask look cd dawn have a round light .. metal diffrence in cluth case and timing case .. chain cove etc .in both bike .. air pollution contol system in splendor but this not in cd dawn .fuel gadge systems having in splendor but not in a cd dawn ..splendor have back hood .. but dawn have just crome rod .. spl have a back pinnion extra . these r many more points so the rate of spl,higher than cd dawn
