Cars Q&A

Hi I have booked for Dzire LXI/E-III from one of dealerships (Auto-HiTech, Kolkata) on 11th July. The dealer told that it will be delivered within max. 2 months. Even they can't say the progressing status of the order. So please can u suggest how to know the status of the order or the exact date of delivery?

as per delivery any car manufacturer manual the dealer cannot uphold the delivery 4 2months maximum time is 3 to 4 weeks i.e 1month that means u must get it by 11th august if he further delays u can claim intrest on the amount u have deposited or u can also complain to the registerd company/corporate/regional office of maruti for the delay

Each and every vehicle that is indented for by a dealer is on an online system hosted by Maruti, which is updated by Maruti regularly for the dealer to know the status of each and every vehicle indented by him. Within 24-48 hours of placing an order, an approximate delivery date is provided by Maruti on the online system. Also a lot of dealers talk to the despatch department in maruti on a regular basis to have their deliveries prioritized or switched around. Speak to the dealer and figure out whether you have asked for a colour or a variant in high demand - changing the variant or colour may expedite the delivery. All the best!!!
