But i would prefer if you really wana enjoy the car rather than looking at what you want get for resale go for a 2004 model.

I would prefer Zen Vxi because its wheel base width is comparatively higher and no doubt it is sterdy than Estilo. The cost would be about 1.65-1.8 depend on the condition.

If you love to drive old ZEN vxi has no comparison in that segment
If you are taking for casual uses go for ZEN estilo
Belive me the old ZEN was a really amezing product from maruti. don't know y they changed to estilo

As per my advice model vise zen estilo is very good but performance Zen vxi wheel base is very good so my suggest is u take a old zen vxi & u take a test drive both car in above 80 speed & u realize that which is good .

I will say that dont go for 2004 zen as this model is not exist any more it will be hard for you to when you go for sale & estilo dose not have very good image {i m not talking about look} better to go for any wagon r

my suggestion is old zen vxi if its condition is good because my relation with old zen last 10 year . and old zen is for better then new zen estilo because old zen give better road balance accelant judgement and more thats why my opinion is old zen

i would personally suggest the zen 2004 model,personally i feel that it looks better than the estilo.also the depeeciation on the estilo would be higher in the future and if the condition of the 2004 zen is good then without second thoughts go for it.

I am using Zen Lxi(2004 model)since 2004 Feb. My advice is that if you are a tall person, getting in and out will be little difficult. The mileage and maintenance is afforable for ordinary people. Without A/C I am getting 15-20 Kms/Ltr and with A/C 10-15 Kms/Ltr. depends on your driving. Since the Zen Estilo is a boxy type and getting eough leg space
I prefer Estilo. If you are tall person (pls check the performance before you buy).

Always go for 2004 Zen VXI as it is the best small car till date from Maruti. Estilo has different looks, better for taller people (>5'8''), lesser shoulder room, lesser wheel base and unstable at higher speed(>100kmph) than old zen. For resale value, zen has unique choice for all, priced bet 1.6-1.8L.
