Infact i was also in the same confusion, but in last i found A-star better option in terms of all comfort specially fuel efficiency.Its almost 2 months now, I`m getting average between 15-17 in city on AC which might go up in winters due to less usage of AC where i10 is no way near to it on fuel effeciency(currenlty it 3500kms done)there i didnot found any space issue except boot ,but it hardly matters to me as my family size is we 2 and 2 kids,however i`ve seen 3-4 persons come easily at back.Also CNG option is also available in A-star, which i came to kno across thru Maruti dealer.Buy from any where but not from MagicAuto.

It is a tough battle between a-star vxi and i10 era. Both cars are best in its class so it is hard to choose. In case of mileage a-star gets the extra edge while i10 outplays it in space, interiors, drive. The i10 feels a bit heavier and smoother. A-star vxi comes with an integrated music system and four power windows while era has only two. If you stretch your budget you can go for i10 magna with all four. Both the cars are good for city but on the highway i10 gets ahead. i10 also has spacious interior but a-star is congested. So if you don't care for 1km less mileage then opt for i10 you will have a great drive.
