I think the car that will cater to all your requirements is the Ritz. It may look small from outside, but has decent space in the cabin and the 1.3L diesel engine has been well-proven.

Indica vista, Price may be little more, but it is a new car with new technology with offerdable price and huge space and comfort.

None of the cars in the category are really desgined for 5 people, though one can squeeze in a 5th person in the rear bench seat. Hence your decision should be dependent upon the inner width of the cars. On this count, the INDICA series, follwed with the FIAT Palio have thw widest rear seats. Check out the Indica Vista, that seems the best bet. If you can stretch a bit then a Indigo will be the best considering it has a boot as well and hence will help in storage. However, the FIAT Palio will be better in terms of overal refinement, ride quality etc. So check out one of these 2 and then decide

well budies thank u,i cannot strtch budget more but yes can go 4 second hand if u have any second hand car spacious,low maintainnce then sure,otherwise i have ma eye on indica and ritz but don't like looks of them!!!!!
