I ahve booked a Swift Dzire VXI model and the - 5424

I ahve booked a Swift Dzire VXI model and thecar is yet to be delivered. The demo that I took, I found the gear shifting to be little hard and also there is a sound in the Engine. The salesman convinced me by mentioning that the Demo car (Diesel )is old and that is why the problems are arising. Such problems will not be there in the new Car. Is that true ?

While its possible that the car could be old, it won't be that old so as to be having such problems. Besides this, dont see why you have decided on a swift with an "ill fitting" boot. Suggest you look at better cars, especially the FIAT Linea.

First of all its wrong onpart of salesman to give demo with a problamatic car.With this king of demo as the word goes first impression is the best impression, customer is bound to dissatisfied with owning of vehicle atlest till it proves to be good.
As far as Swift diesel is concerned its performance is good and gives trouble free service.We recommend to give feedback to the dealer and get one more test drive with newer vehicle.If again such problems pops up, you can go for the Linea which is the best in its catagory.

I am having Swift Dezire ZDI for last eight months.Excellent car no trouble, no noise,easy gear shifting & stylish from inside, go ahead without hesitation it is the best car in its class.
