Hi Sushil...I had indica Xeta and I installed CNG kit, its performance is poor. CNG or LPG is not at all successful in TATA's petrol engine. And to add to your problems is that this car has poor resale value, reseach in the market and you will know. I had terrible time with this car, went to service station thrice but of no use. Poor interior plastic quality, very less milege (petrol). I will never suggest you to buy this car. Go for Santro, Alto(CNG).. instead

Indica Xeta is value for money. Its spacious but engine perfomance is poor. Petrol xeta has milage of 11 kmph with ac in city & cng is 1.5 rs/km with ac in city. Cng is better than lpg & now cng kit will cost 25,000 rs inclusive of fitting & rto passing. Take test ride than decide. Santro spark are the other options. They have good engine but less spacious.

Low Price compared to other vehicles in this class.

Poor fuel efficiency in City running.

Poor market perception & so lower resale.
CONCLUSION.
If running is less - Good Family Car with lots of space.( If possible - buy a good pre-owned Indica Xeta Car & lower your resale loss.)
If running is more go for Diesel Indica or other petrol car. (City running - other competitor's cars will give approx. 1 to 2 kms more per litre of petrol.Highway - not much difference with competitor's cars .)
