I would like to purchase an used Mitsubishi L - 5386

I would like to purchase an used Mitsubishi Lancer in a very good condition. I have talked to one of my friends about it and he has given me the go ahead signal and asked me to be careful and buy a car that is well maintained. Can any one of you plz guide me in this matter. I also Know how to negotiate the price and the offers for car from Karnataka and maharashtra are welcome. Any one out there please?
