A friend who won a car in a contest wants to sell the car to me. I would like to know what are the legal & RTO formalities to be taken care of ?

Hi,
The formalities are simillar to that of regular car.Once the car has been registered in a persons name it becomes his own property.

if the person who is a friend in his mind that he is win a car in his mind he wanted to sell it that he was only thing that wat my expences in legal and rto that wat i will paid
