JC road is the best place in Bangalore for any car modification/accesories.
However for paiting prefer good showrooms because the bumper paitings should match your car body color.

Any car accessory/ car seat shop will be able to help you with changing your inner ceiling of your santro. As pointed out earlier, J C Road is indeed OK. Do check for yourself as you would need to bargain a lot on prices.

Your Bumpers, [ front and back ] should be painted within Rs. 2000- 2500 and not more. Avoid showrooms, as they woulld charge you nothing less than Rs. 8000- 10000 and yet may not deliver a good job.

At JC Road enquire with any shop about a good denter painter in the vicinity.. they would recommend. Check for your self how good or true and decide for yourself. Its a judgement call you should take only after veryfying the reccomendations given by the car shops.
