Hi, I want to purchase a second hand car as i am new driver, I have an offer of Rs. 100000/- for Alto(AC) 2000 Model, 28000 Kms done, Is it worth buying, Please give suggestions, Thank you.

Alto of 2000 model seems to be a good offer considering mileage and probable usage.It will be a much better deal if price is around 80 to 90K Rs.

2000 model for 1 lac?????? and that too alto... u will get it for 80,000 max

Hi James,

Negotiate more, you should be able to close the deal at 70-75000 not more.

Also a 2000 model Alto and driven only 28000 kms??? Highly improbable. check for correct mileage of the car. There is a 100% chance that the Km reading meter has been doctored. To do a reality check, verfiy the tyres.. at 28000 kms for an Alto the tyres should be almost new, not worn out. check the stepney. Pl dont get fooled.
